TodayLucid ("we", "us") provides a news aggregation and curation service. We display article titles, excerpts, metadata, and AI-generated summaries sourced from publicly available RSS feeds and permitted publisher APIs. We do not republish full copyrighted articles.

2. Content Ownership

All article content remains the property of the original publishers. Headlines and excerpts are displayed verbatim with attribution and a link to the original source. TodayLucid-generated summaries and cluster titles are our editorial content, clearly labeled as such.

3. User Accounts

You may browse as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. You agree not to use TodayLucid to circumvent publisher paywalls.

5. Disclaimer

TodayLucid is provided "as is" without warranty. AI summaries may contain errors. Always verify important information at the original source.
